Phil O’Shea, ‘utter, delicious nonsense’ (Fest), is a clown/comedian with dreams. He’ll tell you about them by being a singer, a bread policeman and more. He won’t pretend to be an owl. Stupid, heartfelt and owl-themed characters wander in and out of this show. There are dances, jokes and costumes. It’s like a whole thing. Phil is always trying something new. This is the newest thing he is trying.
